As its mode of operation, The Kaced Association,
seeks to take fast decisions, through horizontal lines as far as possible, but with well-equipped staff,
creates a smooth working mechanism with internal accountability,
is capable of conducting performance evaluation,
makes its projects, evaluated by independent bodies, publicly open and visible together with background of and justification for decisions taken,
capitalizes on the expertise and experience of its members and, apart from general assembly meetings, holds consultative meetings at least once in every two months,
resorts to fair and trustworthy conciliation mechanisms in regard to possible conflicts within the organisation,
implements periodic strategies and action plans through its Executive Board under the surveillance of the General Assembly.
