The fundamental rights and freedoms that all humans have are called as human rights. The human rights are the rights which all humans can take advantage of without discriminating race, nation, ethnic origin, religion, language and gender. Everyone is equal in using these rights. On the other hand, the term human rights includes an ideal. Those who use this term mention not about what is present, but about what should be present in this field. The human rights are based on the understanding that all humans are born as equal and free in terms of rights and dignity. The human rights provide each individual with the freedom of making an independent selection and developing his abilities. These freedoms are compensated with the obligation to be respectful to the rights of others and not to violate these rights. In other words, besides many rights, there is also a responsbility.
